Learning & Program Designer
I design systems that turn educational ideas into practice.
For more than twenty years, I’ve designed learning across classrooms, schools, and district programs — curriculum, professional learning, assessments, and the tools educators actually use. I also design the structures that let strong practice travel: case studies, handbooks, frameworks, roles, and routines that make complex work usable by other people and at larger scale.
A unit designed to travel
20 lessons, co-designed remotely with a Brooklyn teacher team
Memoir Unit
A program that ran without its facilitators
Framework and team routines used as 21 schools became 200+
Citywide Framework
A schoolwide writing practice
2,700+ student pieces, six assignments per student, one shared rubric

Let’s Connect
I work at the intersection of learning, curriculum, program design, and implementation. If any of that overlaps with what you’re working on, I’d be glad to talk.
