As Learning Partners grew from a 21-school pilot in spring 2014 to more than 200 participating schools by 2016–2017, intensive facilitator support alone could no longer carry the model. I synthesized program expectations, leadership roles, and an Improvement Science–based meeting routine into a shared operating system that helped schools work from a common structure while adapting the work locally.
