Implementation New School Staff Handbook

New School Staff Handbook

Working with the founding principal and other stakeholders, I facilitated the process of turning an emerging school model into a staff handbook that made values, routines, roles, and expectations concrete. Because many operating decisions were still being formed, building the handbook became part of the school-design process itself — not just documentation after the fact.
