These three artifacts show how I turned instructional priorities into structures other educators could use: a 9–12 curriculum map, a remote-instruction resource library, and a schoolwide argument-writing initiative I designed that supported roughly 450 students and about 2,700 pieces of writing in one year.
ProcessA crash course in remote instruction: tested a wide range of tools, built what didn’t exist yet — remote lesson templates, how-to videos, guidance — and shared what held up in practice.
Working with department chairs, I developed a 9–12 map aligning required content, standards, and skills across subjects and grades — strengthening pacing and horizontal and vertical alignment so gaps and overlaps became easier to see and address.

I led a schoolwide argument-writing initiative combining a shared rubric, subject-specific adaptations, instructional tools, and a teacher improvement team using student writing data to refine instruction. Across roughly 450 students and six argument assignments each, the system supported about 2,700 pieces of writing in one year.
During the shift to remote instruction, I organized lessons, rubrics, planning tools, and strategies emerging across the schools I supported into a shared resource library for teachers and school leaders.
