Publications Conference Poster
I translated a year-long argument-writing instructional focus into a visual narrative for the Carnegie Foundation Summit in 2018. I developed the storyline, content, and presentation; a teacher colleague created much of the final graphic treatment under my direction. The poster made a teacher team’s improvement science process visible to an external audience: not only what changed, but how teachers tested ideas, examined student work, and iterated based on the data.

This high-resolution reconstruction preserves the poster’s original proportions and traces the work from background, aim, and theory of action through two instructional cycles and next steps. It documents not just what the team did, but how evidence changed the design of the work over time.
